This was a project that was done for MCC. Every year, the diversity team at the Penn Valley campus celebrates their students of all different backgrounds and ethnicities, through food. Keeping in mind that America is supposed to be the melting pot of the world, I decided to call this book Straight From The Pot. This cookbook has recipes originating from all over the world, inspired by our students. This is an illustrated recipe book, so no photos were taken. This book relies solely on layout and illustrations.
